Climbing & YOga

Yoga increases flexibility and attention to breathwork which is extremely transferrable to when you are on the rock wall. Climbing and yoga is a relationship not to miss out on. We will be offering both energizing and restorative yoga flows throughout the weekend! We will work pushing through mental barriers while climbing and using yogic philosophy to debrief experiences.
